TilePrinting.com uses USPS, UPS, FedEx or independent freight services as their shipping companies. TilePrinting.com will select the most economic shipping service available to your delivery address. Depending on the quantity, size, weight or destination additional shipping charges might apply. All orders are shipped via standard or ground services. Please contact us if your require express shipping. Additional charges will apply.

Returns

Here at TilePrinting.com we keep a high quality standard. As most of our products are custom made for you, they are not returnable. In the rare occasion that an item got damaged during the shipping process, TilePrinting.com is happy to replace those damaged items as long they are reported within 24hr by mail or phone.

Shipment inspection

Please inspect the shipment immediately. Check each singe tile and also the overall layout of the tile mural if applicable. Check for damage, print issues, spacing and flow of the lines & joints of the mural. In the rare occasion that there is an issue, tileprinting.com is happy to replace those items as long it is reported within 24hr. Please include photos of the issue if possible. Production Time

TilePrinting.com will usually process orders for sublimation printed tiles within 5-10 business days (does not include shipping time). CPP printed tiles can take up to 4 weeks or even longer depending on the order size. We offer rush orders for an addition 35% of your order total. Please contact us for details. We don't recommend scheduling the installation with your contractor until you have received all ordered tiles without any damage or issues. There is alway a small chance that a tile gets damaged during the shipping process.

Cancel or change order

To cancel or change an order, you must first check the status of your order to see if a change or cancellation is possible. Please log into your account first to check the status of your order or see the order status update emails that we mail out every time the status of an order changes.

Order status “Order Received”:
You are able to cancel or change your order wile the status is marked “Order Received”.

Order status “Processing”:
The status “Processing” indicates that we already started working on your order (graphic work, preparation for printing, ordered material etc.). If you decide to cancel or change your order wile the status is marked as “Processing”, we will charge 50% of the initial order total for the work we have already invested during the processing stage.

Order status “In Printing Production”:
If your order status is labeled “In Printing Production”, you will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order. No refund will be issued and the custom tiles will be shipped as initially ordered.

Refunds:

Tileprinting.com llc does not offer refunds regardless if you have an installation deadline with your client or needed a tile(s) for a special time sensitive occasion. The product you ordered is custom made for you. If there is a printing issue or breakage that occurred during shipping we will replace the tile(s) free of charge if reported within 24hr for a breakage or 72hr for a printing issue that has been verified by us. 

Product use

Printed sublimation tiles sold on this website are not recommended to be used as floor tile, tiles for swimming pools or any other application that is subject to impact, abrasion, contact with chemicals or direct sunlight exposure.

Printed CPP tiles are extreme durable compared to our sublimation printed tile. This printing technique will not fade outdoors, is scratch resistant, durable to be installed as a floor, pool or hight traffic commercial area tile. The tile body is porcelain and will not crack at frost temperatures. 

Image/Artwork correction

If we find an issue with your image or artwork we will reach out to you immediately by phone/email to discuss our findings. We will work with you to find a possible solution or to resolve the issue. Please make sure all your contact informations are correct. To avoid any delay we will proceed with the order if we are not able to contact you or if you don't reply to our contact request (e-mail, voicemail etc.) within 24hr. You are authorizing us to fix any issues on your behalf and will accept the final product with the corrections we did. We will cancel the order if we feel that there is no possible solution to fix the issue.

Accuracy of Colors

TilePrinting.com has displayed as accurately as possible the colors and graphics of the products that appear on the site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any color and or graphic will be accurate. The colors shown on the site are for reference only. The colors you see will depend on your monitor and may be slightly different from the actual colors of the products. We will have no liability whether for damages, return of merchandise for credit or otherwise, as a result of any variances between the appearance of colors and or graphics displayed on your monitor and on any finished product purchased by you from TilePrinting.com. We will try to match color, contrast or brightness from uploaded images as good as possible, however we can not guarantee a absolut match due to printing techniques, media material and data transfer. You agree to accept the custom printed product even if color, birghtness or contrast changes from the original image or from tile to tile are noticeable.

Accuracy of Size

Tile sizes shown on the website are an approximate size. Please contact us if you need the exact size of a specific tile, but please remember, tiles will always have a small variation in size from tile to tile. This is due to the fact that they are made from natural clay and silicas and then fired at high temperatures. During the manufacturing process, the tiles shrink to their finished size. Before being packed by the manufacturer, tiles are sorted for color (tonality) and size (calibration) based on accepted industry standards. This and the size of your grout line will also effect the overall size of a tile mural.
