Can I use the tile outdoors?

Only our CPP Porcelain Tiles are suitable for outdoor use. We offer two different tile printing processes: Sublimation Printing and CPP Printing (Ceramic Pigment Printing). CPP printed tiles are specifically designed for outdoor use, including direct sunlight exposure and as floor or swimming pool tiles. They are scratch-resistant and resistant to graffiti removal chemicals.

How long will it take to print my tiles?

Current production time:

Sublimation printed indoor tiles: 5-10 business days

CPP UV resistant tiles: 18-22 business days

Is the printed image going to peel off?

No, we utilize two different printing processes: sublimation printing and CPP. Sublimation printing involves dyes penetrating into a polymer layer on the tiles, while CPP involves high-temperature kiln-firing, fusing ceramic pigments into the tile.

How accurate are the tile sizes?

Tile sizes may vary slightly due to differences in suppliers and production batches. Please contact us for measurements from our current stock.

Are the tiles scratch resistant?

CPP tiles are 100% scratch and UV resistant and can be used for flooring and in swimming pools. Sublimation tiles may scratch with enough force.

What finishes are available?

We offer gloss, satin, and matte finishes for sublimation printed tiles, and a semi-gloss finish for CPP tiles.

What will the printing quality look like?

Printing quality depends on the image, tile finish, and type. Gloss tiles offer photo-like quality, while matte tiles have a softer look with less contrast.

How can I clean the tiles?

Sublimation printed tiles should be cleaned with a diluted non-abrasive cleaner and soft cloth. CPP tiles can be cleaned like regular tiles.

Can you print larger Tile Mural sizes than available online?

Yes, we can print any size mural. Contact us for assistance with large projects.

Can I grout the tiles?

CPP kiln fired porcelain tiles can be grouted with sanded grout.  Matte & satin ceramic, tumbled stone, and glass tiles can be grouted with unsanded grout. Gloss ceramic tiles are decorative and should not be grouted.

Can I reorder specific tiles if one is damaged?

Yes, tiles are marked and we keep all ordered images on file for reordering.

What about returns?

Custom-made products are not returnable unless damaged during shipping, in which case we will replace them if reported within 24 hours.

What are the required image file specifications?

Ideal resolution is 300ppi, minimum is 120ppi. Images should be uploaded as jpg or png files in RGB color.
